  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable deployments
  • Maintain contract quality standards including test coverage and security compliance
  • Incorporate accessibility and secure coding standards in development

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and set engineering best practices
  • Experience designing scalable architectures and integrating complex federal systems
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA) and secure coding
  • Ability to manage production system stability alongside new development efforts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The salary range for this role is $145,000 – $155,000. Most offers tend to land near the midpoint, with decisions based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
