Principal Product Manager, Pro

As Principal Product Manager, Pro, you will define the vision and lead the end-to-end product strategy for a platform serving short-term rental operators and homeowners’ associations managing large property portfolios. You will connect customer acquisition, onboarding, daily operations, and long-term retention into a cohesive and scalable product experience. Working across Commercial, Engineering, Design, and other teams, you will transform complex business needs into flexible product capabilities that serve diverse customer segments. You will bring clarity to ambiguous challenges, make strategic decisions across a broad product landscape, and balance customer requirements with long-term platform investments. By combining customer insights, commercial understanding, and data-driven decision-making, you will help drive adoption, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.
