Overview

The Principal Product Manager, SIEM at Get It Recruit will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction and execution of security information and event management (SIEM) solutions. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, market insight, and product management expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our clients and maintain our competitive edge in the marketplace. You will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the product management lifecycle for SIEM solutions from conception to launch.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure product feasibility and implementation of technical requirements.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in cybersecurity.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and align product features to market needs.
• Monitor product performance metrics and report on improvements and strategic actions needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the cybersecurity or SIEM domain.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies, especially SIEM.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal Product Manager will utilize various technologies and tools essential for the role, including, but not limited to, Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and cybersecurity platforms.
