Job Responsibilities

• Lead post-incident reviews and develop actionable improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
• Develop and enforce SRE best practices and operational procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning systems.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration services (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java for scripting and automation tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in system design, architecture, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Technologies & Tools
