Job Overview

• Develop and implement incident response plans related to AI security breaches or failures.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal security.
• Create and manage operational documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SREs and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the team.
• Foster a culture of security and reliability throughout the organization through training and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related domain.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role, preferably within the AI or tech startup sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
