Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure to support AI applications securely.
• Monitor system performance and establish baseline metrics for availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated systems for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system design aligns with security policies.
• Respond to incidents and conduct post-mortem analyses to prevent reoccurrence.
• Implement security best practices in all stages of development and deployment.
• Lead optimization efforts to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SREs and engineering team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Expert understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
