Job Overview

The Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for AI Security at Jobot will play a pivotal role in enhancing the security posture of our AI-driven systems in a dynamic startup environment. Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Lead incident response activities and develop strategies for reliability and disaster recovery.
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for reliability issues.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Develop automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization through training and best practice dissemination.
• Review and refine architectural designs to adhere to security and reliability standards.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and best practices impacting AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Software Engineering with a focus on security.
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning systems, including security implications.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of network security, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or related security credentials are a plus.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will primarily engage with cutting-edge technologies including cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging software (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), and security tools tailored for AI applications.
