Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance, particularly in AI-focused projects.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid development cycles while ensuring security best practices.
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve reliability and security issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and create documented policies to prevent recurrences.
• Lead and mentor a team of SREs, providing guidance on best practices and technologies.
• Manage system monitoring tools and dashboards, providing insights on system health and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to system security and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role, with a focus on AI technologies.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing security protocols and compliance measures in production environments.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and cybersecurity practices.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will work with a diverse array of technologies and tools, including but not limited to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), container orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker), monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and security frameworks that ensure compliance with industry standards.
