Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability systems in support of AI security initiatives.

• Conduct incident response activities and post-mortem analyses to continually improve system resilience and security posture.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior SRE team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Participate in strategic planning for capacity and scalability to meet future demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of AI security principles, including threat modeling and vulnerability management.
• Experience with system architecture, networking, and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
