Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AI systems and infrastructures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, reliability, and security issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain SRE best practices, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate secure coding practices and automated security testing.
• Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis activities to improve incident management processes.
• Mentor and guide junior SREs and other engineering staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance system reliability and security posture.
• Assist in capacity planning and performance benchmarking to support scaling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their associated security implications.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will work with a range of cutting-edge technologies and tools, including but not limited to cloud infrastructure tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab, and security tools for vulnerability assessment and monitoring.
