• Lead incident response efforts, ensuring swift resolution of issues and post-mortem analyses.
• Mentor junior SREs and promote a culture of reliability and security within the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary security measures for AI-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Go, or similar).
• Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards identifying risks and issues.
