• Collaborate with software engineers to build automated testing and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident management and resolution.
• Mentor junior SREs and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and adapt infrastructure accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent role.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security implementations.
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages (Python, Go, Ruby, etc.) for automation.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML systems and relevant security practices.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
