Job Overview

The Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for AI Security at Jobot will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our AI-driven services in a dynamic startup environment. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure for AI services.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless deployments.
• Automate system monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Conduct thorough security assessments and threat modeling for production systems.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to embed security practices in DevOps processes.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance reliability.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and runbooks.
• Mentor junior SREs and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related domain.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of security principles and practices, particularly in AI applications.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
