Overview

The Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Jobot will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and security of our AI-driven solutions, particularly within a startup environment. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure for AI applications.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively addressing issues and vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response efforts and post-mortem analyses to improve service uptime and security posture.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and application configurations.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior SRE and engineering staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to maintain a robust security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Proven experience in cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Comprehensive understanding of security frameworks and best practices (NIST, ISO, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Certifications in security (CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
