Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for AI-powered applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement SRE practices, including site reliability improvements, incident response strategies, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define service level objectives (SLOs) and ensure the delivery of reliable services.
• Drive automation initiatives, reducing manual intervention and improving system reliability.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their technical growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role, preferably within a startup or tech-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Strong experience with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
