• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security health metrics, proactively addressing identified issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of SREs, promoting a collaborative and innovative working environment.

• Establish and enforce SRE standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security best practices.
• Strong programming skills in modern languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools and frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
