Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions for AI applications.
• Develop and enforce reliability and security best practices across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime and resilience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls into the development pipeline.
• Manage incident response processes, ensuring rapid resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Conduct system architecture reviews to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on AI or cloud-based systems.
• Extensive knowledge of security best practices and protocols in software development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, web application security, and security frameworks.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will work with a variety of modern technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS/Azure/GCP for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration, Terraform for infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. Familiarity with security tools and platforms that enhance application security is also essential for maintaining a robust security posture.
