Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security measures for AI-based applications and infrastructures.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and availability of services.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SRE and engineering team members.
• Stay current with the latest security trends and compliance requirements affecting the AI domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles, with a focus on security.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security complexities.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Deep understanding of system monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
