Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain systems and processes that enhance the reliability and security of AI services.
• Lead efforts to automate and optimize operational tasks through the development of new tools and processes.
• Establish incident management practices and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Work with software development teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability and respond to incidents as they arise.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary remediation strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and tutorial sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, threats, and technological advancements related to AI security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and associated security challenges.
• Extensive experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and security tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
