Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions to support AI security initiatives.
• Lead incident response efforts and ensure efficient resolution of service disruptions.
• Develop and maintain SRE best practices and standards, focusing on automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of systems for improved reliability and security.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance the security and reliability of our platform.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, facilitating professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive post-mortem analyses to enhance system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Extensive experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Solid understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance standards relevant to AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
