Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and rapidly respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices in software deployment and infrastructure management.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to enhance the security posture of AI applications.
• Automate operational tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the principles of DevOps and security best practices.
• Stay informed of industry trends and advancements to integrate cutting-edge technologies into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Strong experience using configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Deep knowledge of security best practices, incident response, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
