Job Responsibilities

• Lead incident management processes, including detection, response, and postmortem analysis.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to track application performance and security metrics.
• Develop and refine automation processes for routine maintenance and security tasks.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures across engineering teams.
• Mentor and uplift junior SRE and engineering team members in security practices and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in AI-focused security practices and tools.
• Proficient in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and security measures (firewalls, VPNs, encryption techniques).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across teams.
