Job Overview

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on AI Security to join our dynamic startup environment. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SRE best practices for AI security and infrastructure management.
• Create, maintain, and optimize monitoring and incident management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and architect reliable, scalable systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures for AI applications.
• Lead root cause analysis and incident management to improve system reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on site reliability engineering practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and security trends impacting AI.
• Develop automated solutions for deployment, scaling, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience in securing AI applications and systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Understanding of network security and application security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will work with various technologies and tools including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana, security frameworks for AI integrity, along with configuration management tools like Terraform or Ansible. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python and Go will be utilized to automate processes and improve system reliability.
