Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and availability of services through proactive monitoring and incident response.

• Develop and enforce security protocols and policies to safeguard against AI-specific threats.
• Analyze and improve engineering productivity through performance tuning and system optimization.
• Lead root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role, preferably within a tech startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Deep understanding of network architecture and security principles, specifically in the context of AI.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.

Technologies & Tools

This position involves the use of a wide range of technologies and tools including, but not limited to, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure; Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration; monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana; and various scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
