Job Overview

The Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Jobot will play a critical role in enhancing AI security within our startup environment. Job Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and conduct proactive maintenance to ensure high availability of services.
• Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and compliance issues in AI models and infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Lead incident response efforts and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish training programs to foster skill development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps roles, with a focus on AI or machine learning environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• High proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving skills along with a strong security and compliance mindset.

The Principal SRE will work with a variety of cutting-edge technologies and tools, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), configuration management (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana).
