Job Overview

As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on AI Security at Jobot, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of our AI-driven solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for AI-powered applications.
• Lead incident response efforts and drive post-incident reviews to continually improve system resilience.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable deployment of software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in our services.
• Monitor system performance and reliability metrics, leveraging automation for operational tasks.
• Establish and promote best practices for SRE and AI security within the organization.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams on security compliance and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid experience with security frameworks and practices related to AI and data privacy.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects.

Technologies & Tools

In this position, you will work with a suite of technologies and tools, including but not limited to: cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud; containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes; monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana; security frameworks that incorporate best practices for safeguarding AI systems; as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and GitLab.
