The Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for AI Security at Jobot will play a pivotal role in driving the reliability, efficiency, and security of our burgeoning platform. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SRE best practices for AI security frameworks and protocols.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and enhance reliability-focused engineering processes.
• Lead incident response efforts, including post-incident reviews to improve overall system reliability.
• Design and maintain security monitoring and alerting systems tailored to AI applications.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to an engineering culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage with external stakeholders to assess the security implications of AI technologies and offer recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their security implications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will work with a diverse array of technologies and tools to ensure the operational integrity and security of AI systems. This includes cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, security scanning tools, CI/CD systems, and scripting languages for automation.
