As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in AI Security at Jobot, you will be instrumental in driving the reliability and security of our AI-driven products and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust security protocols for AI systems to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks that enhance system reliability and scalability across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement while proactively addressing potential security vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews to prevent future occurrences.
• Educate and train technical staff on AI security best practices and protocols.
• Contribute to the establishment and evolution of our SRE culture, creating a balance between operational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role, with a strong focus on security within AI systems.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their security offerings.
• Proven experience with automation frameworks and tools including Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, and risk management strategies.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset tailored for tech environments.

Technologies & Tools

In your role as a Principal SRE, you will leverage a variety of technologies and tools to ensure optimal performance and security of our AI systems. This includes, but is not limited to, cloud architecture solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible), monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), and programming languages such as Python and Go for automation scripts and tool integrations.
