As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in AI Security at Jobot, you will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness, security, and reliability of our AI-driven applications and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure systems for AI applications, focusing on high availability and performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for security throughout the application lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure and applications to ensure uptime and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security features and perform thorough vulnerability assessments.
• Lead incident response efforts, executing root cause analysis and implementing improvements post-incident.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SREs, cultivating a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats in AI security and propose proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on AI applications and security.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Go, or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and AI-specific risks and mitigations.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Technologies & Tools

This position will involve working with a variety of technologies and tools, including but not limited to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, monitoring solutions like Prometheus or Grafana, and security tools focused on vulnerability scanning and compliance management. Familiarity with container orchestration platforms, as well as automation and scripting tools, will also be crucial in executing your responsibilities effectively.
