Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure for AI applications.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to detect anomalies and ensure high availability.
• Lead incident response efforts and drive post-mortem analysis to address systemic issues.
• Collaborate with development teams on security best practices and vulnerability management.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the principles of SRE and AI security.
• Conduct performance and security audits of systems to optimize resource usage.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in AI security principles and practices.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong coding skills in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

Technologies & Tools

The Principal SRE will work with a diverse range of technologies and tools, including but not limited to AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and various monitoring solutions like Grafana and Prometheus. Familiarity with security tools and frameworks applicable to AI systems will also be essential, as will proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go. Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools will play a key role in the delivery processes as well.
