Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage large-scale AI security systems and infrastructure for high reliability and availability.
• Develop and enhance monitoring solutions to proactively identify system performance and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to create scalable applications and ensure integration with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full-stack and develop performance tuning practices to optimize system performance.
• Establish and enforce best practices for system architecture, reliability, and security across all teams.
• Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-mortem analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership in technical discussions on site reliability and security practices.
• Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to improve the SRE framework and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of AI security principles and practices.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
