Job Description
Produce Manager needed to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused fresh produce department. You will oversee daily operations to ensure top standards of freshness, quality, and presentation for fruits and vegetables.

- Control inventory and reduce shrink through accurate tracking and follow-through.
- Merchandise seasonal and organic offerings to maximize visibility and customer appeal.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all produce areas.
- Train, coach, and support team members to promote a high-performance culture.
- Drive sales through exceptional guest service and engaging product displays.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Solid understanding of produce quality, freshness standards, and merchandising.
- Experience with inventory management and shrink reduction.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Exceptional guest-focused service and teamwork mindset.
