Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred

What client is looking:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive data activation and CRM capabilities across the US commercial CRM ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management leadership with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and end-to-end delivery.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive data modeling, identity resolution, and unified customer profiles.
• Lead audience segmentation, calculated insights, and activation workflows.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, prioritization, and dependencies.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineering, architecture, analytics, and technology teams.
• Define KPIs and drive adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of product management experience in data platforms, enterprise SaaS, or CRM enablement.
• Hands-on Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud expertise — architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Core Platform, and Veeva.
• Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, data lakes, and AI integrations.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Veeva, Snowflake, OpenAI, or other enterprise platforms.
• CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM certification.
• MS or MBA.
