Archer is collaborating with Sage to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.

We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to support product deployment and accelerate adoption of Sage Intacct Advisory among accountancy firms globally.

As a Product Specialist at Sage, you will work with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs, identify business challenges, and support the development of practical product solutions.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and exploring how technology and AI can improve business operations.

*** Please note that this role is hybrid and requires working 3 days a week from our Atlanta office. ***

Build and manage product configurations that Sage owns and take ownership of selected features in partnership with Product Managers.
Participate in customer meetings to understand business workflows, identify pain points, and discover opportunities for improvement.
Support solution design, testing, and implementation while leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and accelerate delivery.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer feedback into user stories and functional requirements.
Work cross-functionally to track progress, resolve issues, support rollouts, and gather post-launch feedback.

Requirements

Experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, implementation, or a related field; internships and project work are also valued.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Understanding of product development, requirements gathering, and testing.
Ability to work across teams, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and rapid prototyping.
Knowledge of SaaS products, financial systems, accounting workflows, or Sage Intacct is a plus.
