We’re looking for a Product Operations Support Analyst to support enterprise data and analytics products, with a focus on Power BI, production support, incident management, and user support.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues involving Power BI reports, semantic models, data availability, refresh failures, and user access.
Manage and triage support tickets in Azure DevOps, coordinating with technical teams through resolution.
Investigate data discrepancies and perform basic SQL validation and troubleshooting.
Partner with Data Engineering, QA, Product Management, and business users to resolve issues and maintain operational stability.
Support QA/UAT activities, including defect tracking, user access, testing feedback, and follow-up.
Provide post-go-live/hypercare support and help identify recurring issues and process improvements.
Maintain clear documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4+ years of experience in application support, production support, product operations, or a similar technical role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including reports and semantic models.
Basic SQL skills for data investigation and validation.
Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar ticket management platform.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage support requests while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Experience supporting enterprise data/analytics platforms, QA/UAT, or post-production environments is a plus.
