Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst to support critical enterprise applications and production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in incident management, and expertise in monitoring application health, resolving production issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, operational dashboards, system performance, and service availability.
• Troubleshoot production issues using Java logs, SQL/PL-SQL queries, and debugging techniques.
• Manage incidents, assess business impact, drive resolution, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor batch jobs, investigate failures, manage reruns, and validate data.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and incident documentation.
• Support deployments, releases, and continuous improvement of production support processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Production/Application Support and Incident Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, debugging, and log analysis.
• Experience with batch job monitoring, service health checks, and dashboard monitoring.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and production troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Kafka and SOAP Web Services.
• Monitoring and alerting tools.
• Change and Release Management.
• Runbook documentation and post-incident reviews.
