Overview

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a production support or similar role.

• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and back-end technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, or similar.
