## IAM Program Manager (Contract)

**Location:** Dallas, TX or Iselin, NJ — onsite

We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance across large-scale identity and access management (IAM) or security advisory programs. The ideal candidate brings 12–15+ years of program management experience and a proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

- Lead program governance and end-to-end planning across multiple IAM workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence.

- Coordinate IAM Project Managers, architects, SMEs, and client stakeholders; support prioritization and sequencing across initiatives.

- Ensure delivery aligns with the approved statement of work, scope boundaries, regulatory expectations, enterprise IAM architecture, security policies, and compliance standards.

- Establish governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews; manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-workstream impacts.

- Provide strategic and administrative oversight of cleanup, segregation, migration, and remediation progress while maintaining an advisory and governance-focused role. This position does not own hands-on implementation or change execution.

- Serve as the primary client-facing leadership contact and deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations on progress, risks, and outcomes.

- Promote consistent consultative, office-hours-based engagement; capture lessons learned, metrics, and best practices; mentor Project Managers and delivery leads.

- Escalate critical risks and scope conflicts to executive sponsors and collaborate with security, compliance, audit, application, and platform teams.

### Qualifications

12–15+ years of program management experience, including leadership of large-scale IAM or security advisory programs and parallel workstreams. Strong client management, executive communication, presentation, problem-solving, dependency management, and collaborative leadership skills are required. Experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and governance and reporting tools is preferred.
