Job Description
- Manage financial-sector construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Track record delivering banking, financial, or healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary plus 20% annual bonus
