Our Project Managers bridge business strategy with execution—driving cross-functional teams, managing risk, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in complex, regulatory-sensitive environments.

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close mid-scale IT and business transformation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder grooming sessions; manage backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
Track project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation; flag risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as liaison between technical teams, business units, and executive sponsors to align deliverables with business objectives.
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Ensure adherence to compliance, change control, and governance standards across project lifecycle.
