Provide evidence-based psychiatric care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assess patient needs.
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
- Manage psychiatric medications and monitor treatment response and side effects.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with facility staff.
- Coordinate care with patients’ families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow care standards.
- Clinical expertise in psychiatry, including diagnostic assessment and medication management.
- Strong judgment, patient-centered communication, and collaborative care skills.
- Ability to work effectively with facility teams and families to support treatment goals.
