Provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care across inpatient, residential, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and monitor patient symptoms and progress.
- Administer medications and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Manage behavioral health crises, support de-escalation, and assist with milieu/safety management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and families.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Provide patient and caregiver education, support, and advocacy across diverse care settings.
- Active RN licensure with competency in psychiatric/behavioral health care.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, medication administration, and symptom monitoring skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to crises and support patient safety through de-escalation techniques.
- Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary providers and families.
- Commitment to accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and person-centered care.
