Python Developer

The developer will be responsible for implementing application coding tasks based on sprint stories to enhance and develop new functionalities. The role involves working under the guidance of a Senior Developer while demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Additionally, the developer will be responsible for production support activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues to ensure application stability and intended functionality without any issues. The role also requires identifying root causes and implementing fixes.

Key Responsibilities

Application Design Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Python and modern web technologies.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Django REST Framework (DRF) or equivalent frameworks.

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable application components.

Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

Front-End Development

Develop modern responsive web applications using Angular v20+.

Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.

Optimize user experience, accessibility, performance, and scalability.

Must have 3 skills:

1. JFROG Artifactory- jfrog is the company and artifactory is the tool. If they have Artifactory they will know and have experience with Xray and Distribution/ Edge.

2. Python skills

3. Ansible Tower automation skills

Confirmed experience working within Agile/ Scrum environment

Confirmed experience with Jira/user stories

Python Developer:

Python

Django Flask Framework skills

RESTapi experience

CICD concept experience

any containers skills with openshift/kubernetes/docker

Java/ Camunda Developer:

basic coding java questions

java 8 features

basic oracle questions

hibernate-relation to java and oracle- how you create data, etc

camunda- how to tune camunda; how do you add a million transactions; they get 100k process work flows a day and they need to manage that workload

day one sit with camunda, analyze and tune

Required Experience

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of software engineering experience.

5+ years Python development experience.

3+ years developing REST APIs.

3+ years Angular development experience.

3+ years working with CI/CD and Jenkins.

3+ years Linux administration and shell scripting experience.

Experience working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent messaging systems.

Experience in Agile software delivery environments.
