About the role

We are looking for a hands-on QA Automation & Lab Engineer to support automated test execution and run our test lab. You will keep automated tests running, troubleshoot failures, support lab devices and work closely with the QA team.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor automated test execution, and troubleshoot failed or unstable runs.
• Analyze logs to find the root cause of failures and report issues clearly.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and test devices.
• Write and maintain scripts that support test execution and lab tasks.
• Perform manual testing when automation does not cover a scenario.
• Coordinate with QA, development and lab teams to resolve issues and keep test schedules on track.
• Document test results, defects and lab procedures.

Required qualifications

• About 4 years of experience in QA, test automation support or lab engineering.
• Experience supporting automated test runs and troubleshooting execution failures.
• Hands-on lab and device support experience.
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash or similar).
• Strong log analysis and debugging skills.
• Manual testing experience and defect reporting (e.g., Jira).
• Good communication and teamwork with QA teams.
