• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure quality is considered from the beginning stages.
• Utilize automated testing tools to streamline and enhance testing processes when applicable.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance best practices and methodologies within the team.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality assurance analysts as necessary.
• Prepare and present testing metrics and reports to stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and utilizing database testing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
