Job Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track defects through the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to reproduce reported issues and verify fixes.
• Participate in the review of product requirements and specifications to provide input on testability and potential issues.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure quality standards are met.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
• Provide timely status reports on testing progress and issues encountered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with issue tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and waterfall development methodologies is a plus.
