• Assist in the training of new QA team members and foster a culture of quality within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance testing, particularly in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile working environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
