• Identify, document, and track defects through the entire lifecycle and provide resolutions effectively.

• Provide training and support to the quality assurance team in the use of automation tools.
• Maintain and enhance testing documentation and reporting metrics for transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically with IVR systems and automated testing.
• Proficient in CYARA or similar tools for IVR testing automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
