Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to identify test cases suitable for automation.
• Execute and troubleshoot automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Continuously enhance test automation processes and suggest improvements to the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice documentation.
• Provide mentoring and training to team members on automation tools and techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and automation testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Technologies & Tools

In this position, you will work with a variety of technologies and tools including, but not limited to, Selenium for test automation, JIRA for issue tracking, Jenkins for continuous integration, and Git for version control.
