• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing testing outcomes and recommending enhancements to testing processes and tools.
• Participate in software design and code reviews to help prevent quality issues.
• Keep abreast of industry standards and technological advancements relevant to quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
